1. Definitions
1.1 ‘Us’, ‘We’, ‘FREE SERU’ refers to FREESERU.CO.UK and it’s founders.
1.2 The ‘User’ refers to ‘Your’, ‘You’ the individual who registers or subscribes to FREESERU.CO.UK.
1.3 ‘Registration’ refers to ‘Membership’ and vice-versa on FREESERU.CO.UK
2. Registration
2.1 Only one Registration is allowed per user on FREESERU.CO.UK.
2.2 Registration for the ‘FREE SERU Test’ is free on FREESERU.CO.UK
2.3 Successful registration includes filling out all relevant fields and verifying your email address with ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’
2.4 Registration for ‘SERU PROFESSIONAL’ and ‘SERU TRAINING’ packages require a paid subscription which is for a limited time only depending upon your subscription type.
2.5 Upon successful registration on ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ you will be granted automatic access to our ‘FREE SERU Test centre’.
2.6 Upon successful registration on ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ for any one of our subscription services you will be granted automatic access to our ‘SERU PROFESSIONAL’ packages.
2.7 Any issues with registration, you must contact us first at your earliest opportunity within 48 hours.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 Any registration fees paid for our subscription packages will not be refundable.
3.2 If you are having technical difficulties after successfully paying for one of our subscription packages you must contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours of registration so we can try and resolve this for you.
3.3 If you are having technical difficulties and we have identified a fault on our website, we will offer you an extension to your membership. No refunds will be provided.
3.4 You must contact us first for any payment disputes
4. Account Sharing
4.1 Account sharing is not allowed, please do not share your registration details with any friends or family.
4.2 We have a smart system in place, if we find that your account has been shared with other users we will ban your account permanently. If you attempt to create another account we will detect your system and ban you again.
5. Copyright
5.1 You are not allowed to copy any content, design or questions from our website ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’.
5.2 All questions have been custom written in accordance with the TfL PHV Drivers Handbook by ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’. Any content whether stored digitally or otherwise and on any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such content are protected by the The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow any content to be copied photographically, electronically or created by any other means as part of this agreement without the prior permission of ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
6.1 In the unlikely event that ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ ceases to operate or ceases to provide its services; the liability of ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ shall be limited. ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ will not be liable for any direct, indirect or any consequential loss and will be free from any damages, claims or lawsuits brought against the ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ and its founders.
6.2 You the user shall indemnify and hold ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ and its founders harmless from and against any claims made by you or any other person(s) or entity resulting from the presence and performance or lack thereof under this agreement.
6.3 You agree to indemnify and hold ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ and its founders harmless from any loss, damage or liability resulting from your violation of the terms of this Agreement or any agreement involving you and the ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ and its founders.
7. Complaints
7.1 Any complaints should first be raised by you with ‘FREESERU.CO.UK’ in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
